O SUPERINTENDENTE DE OUTORGA E RECURSOS À PRESTAÇÃO - ANATEL, no uso das atribuições que lhe foram conferidas pela Resolução n° 715, de 23 de outubro de 2019, e
CONSIDERANDO a competência dada pelos Incisos XIII e XIV do art. 19 da Lei n° 9.472/97 – Lei Geral de Telecomunicações;
CONSIDERANDO que os Requisitos Técnicos estabelecem os parâmetros e critérios técnicos verificados na Avaliação da Conformidade de um ou mais tipos de produto para telecomunicações, nos termos do art. 22 do Regulamento para Avaliação da Conformidade e Homologação de Produtos para Telecomunicações, aprovado pela Resolução n° 715, de 23 de outubro de 2019;
CONSIDERANDO a necessidade da publicação de requisitos mínimos de qualidade, segurança, interoperabilidade e proteção do espectro radioelétrico aplicados aos novos dispositivos a serem inseridos nas redes móveis de quinta geração do país (5G), a exemplo daqueles utilizados em redes não terrestres (NTN) e de outros de menor complexidade com baixo consumo de energia (RedCap), além da Categoria 1bis no caso das redes 4G;
CONSIDERANDO que, a cada release das normas 3GPP, novas funcionalidades são implementadas às redes 5G (e também 4G) e que os requisitos e procedimentos de ensaio são aperfeiçoados; e
CONSIDERANDO o constante dos autos do processo n° 53500.015802/2024-25.
RESOLVE:
Art. 1º
Art. 1º Atualizar o Anexo ao Ato nº 3151, de 12 de junho de 2020, que aprova os requisitos técnicos para avaliação da conformidade de Estação Terminal de Acesso, na forma do Anexo I a este Ato.

Art. 2º Atualizar o Anexo ao Ato nº 3152, de 12 de junho de 2020, que aprova os requisitos técnicos para avaliação da conformidade de Telefone Móvel Celular, na forma do Anexo II a este Ato.
Art. 3º
Art. 3º Os requisitos técnicos dos itens relacionados abaixo tornam-se compulsórios a partir de DD/MM/AAAA de sua publicação. (180 dia após sua publicação)
